Marketing / Canvassing team

. This is a in person

field position

where you'll be working in areas where we are already completing projects--conducting

drive-by inspections

, engaging homeowners, and presenting them with helpful home improvement knowledge that could potentially help them save 10's of thousands of dollars on their next (inevitable) exterior project.

What is the typical environment of the position :

We meet

every morning at the office

for check-ins, new hire indroductions, training, and role-playing You'll be out in the field speaking with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods We focus on

real conversations, real opportunity, and real results

We conduct business all throughout

Maryland ( MHIC licensed, bonded & insured)

Training & Support:

Paid training with hands-on, one-on-one coaching We conduct a full competitive analysis and run sales objectives daily Daily role-playing to sharpen real-life marketing skills Product knowledge meetings/training for new recruits Opportunity for promotion and growth into managerial type roles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
