What You'll Do

Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that embodies PHILIPP PLEIN's signature style and excellence. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, maintaining a clientele book to drive loyalty and repeat business. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive client engagement and expert product knowledge. Understand each client's unique style and offer thoughtful product recommendations. Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand's bold and luxurious aesthetic. Manage daily operations including inventory, transactions, and store presentation. Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and authenticity.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client service. Strong ability to build and retain a loyal clientele. Excellent communication, styling, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about fashion. A deep appreciation for luxury, creativity, and individuality. Fluency in Armenian and/or Russian is a strong plus.
