We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or appliance sales setting

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask and demonstrate exceptional time management

- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions

- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus

- Demonstrated aptitude for product demos and explaining technical features
