Job Overview

Seasonal contract work. We start on the 18 of December and operate till the 1st of January. Must work the 24th and 31st non negotiable. If you have a passion for fireworks and wanna join a fun interactive team submit your application. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Supervise and train new staff members on sales procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
