Barbizon's Products & Expendables (P&E) team is the go-to resource for lighting gear, supplies, and accessories used in theatre, film, broadcast, Arts Education and architectural spaces. From everyday essentials to specialty equipment, the P&E team keeps productions running smoothly by connecting customers with the right products, coordinating orders, and delivering fast, reliable service to make sure every customer has what they need to shine.
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the Boston sales team by helping our customers find what they need, processing orders, and keeping our operations humming. Every day is a mix of customer interaction, problem-solving, and hands-on coordination.
Here's a look at what your days might include:
o Preparing quotes and processing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
o Supporting sales team members and maintaining seamless communication with customers
o Assisting clients in the showroom, by phone, and via email delivering a professional, responsive experience every time
o Checking stock availability, coordinating shipments, and restocking product displays
o Providing occasional support for order preparation, packing, or shipping logistics
o Helping create a welcoming, organized showroom environment that reflects Barbizon's quality and professionalism

The salary range for a Sales Assistant at Barbizon Lighting's Woburn, MA is currently $47,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending upon experience. Please be aware, extensive industry experience or specific skills that fully match, or exceed what is required, may in fact increase this range. We strongly encourage all to apply.
In addition to the base pay listed here, Barbizon offers a generous compensation package including medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, profit share, and a matching 401k Plan at no cost to the employee. The Company fully funds Barbizon's healthcare benefits for all full-time employees and dependents.
