Sales Assistant - Sawyer Labs (West Valley City, UT)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (20-25 hours per week)

Sawyer Labs is a fast-growing supplement manufacturing company that makes custom gummies, capsules, softgels, and more for brands across the country. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Sales Assistant

to help support our sales operations, organize client data, and assist with daily projects.

This role starts in

January 2026

and is a great fit for someone who's good with computers and numbers, loves variety in their day, and enjoys working closely with a small, driven team.

Responsibilities

Create and send accurate client quotes -- solid math and attention to detail are key Help organize and maintain our CRM system (update client info, track leads, etc.) Support email marketing campaigns (Email Octopus) and track basic results Assist with client follow-ups and communication between departments Ship sample boxes and coordinate deliveries to clients Run errands for the sales and management team as needed Help prepare for client meetings and trade shows (samples, COAs, sell sheets, etc.) Keep pricing sheets, formulas, and project trackers updated and organized Bring new ideas to the table to help improve our sales and marketing processes Maintain confidentiality with client projects and pricing

What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills (Google Sheets, Gmail, CRMs) Great written and verbal communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-focused Strong basic math skills for pricing and quotes Creative thinker and problem solver -- proactive, not reactive Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation (some errands required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
