The Sales assistant may also assist with responding to customers, processing orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating deliveries of doors, windows, other millwork-related products and services offered by the Company.

Convenient work hours
- full-time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility based upon customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers choose premium windows, doors, and millwork, while meeting sales targets.
Prepare detailed quotes from blueprints, process orders accurately using CRM systems, maintain customer information.
Source leads and coordinate with customers and Sales.
Coordinate with manufacturers, Sales, and Operations for efficient delivery of products.
Resolve customer questions and service issues promptly.
Assist with special projects like campaigns and inventory updates.
Keep the showroom professional and welcoming.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required. Post-secondary education and/or training preferred.
1-year working knowledge of construction and building materials/products, basic understanding how to read a blueprint.
1-year sales in the millwork, windows, doors, home improvement, interior design, or other similar industry.
1-year working with MS products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, etc.) and CRMs/ERPs - Agility preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment drug test required).
