Are you organized, people-oriented, and eager to dive into the world of home loans? As a Sales Assistant, or in other words, a

Loan Officer Assistant

, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership--while working side-by-side with an experienced mortgage loan officer in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a fun team and great pay!

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting Clients

: Be the friendly, helpful point of contact for borrowers--answering questions, collecting documents, and keeping them informed every step of the way.

Prepping Loan Files

: Gather, review, and organize important paperwork to get loan applications ready for processing.

Keeping Things on Track

: Help manage the loan pipeline, follow up with third parties (like title, escrow, and appraisers), and make sure deadlines are met without a hitch.

Staying Compliant

: Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date, meeting both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Assisting the Loan Officer

: From preparing quotes and pre-approvals to handling light marketing and admin tasks, you'll be an essential right-hand helper.

Qualifications



Experience in the mortgage industry Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills Experience in customer support and client services Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Experience in outbound calling and call center environments Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus Sales experience and cash handling capabilities are advantageous

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
