The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Department in maintaining existing business relationships and pursuing new sales opportunities. This position assists in coordinating sales activities, preparing materials, and providing administrative and customer support to help achieve company sales goals. The Sales Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, operations, and customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supports the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers.
Assists in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations that communicate product value and benefits.
Helps monitor customer accounts, ensuring orders, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
Coordinates with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to support sales initiatives and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintains organized sales records, reports, and documentation to track progress toward sales goals.
Provides administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
Assists with trade shows, events, and customer visits as needed.
Has regular attendance and works appropriate hours to complete assigned tasks.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
