About the Role

Capitol City Produce is seeking a Sales & Pricing Administrator to join our team! This role plays a key part in helping us achieve our annual sales and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with sales leadership, finance, and operations to support sales planning, pricing, reporting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer, category, and product sales and margins. Support annual sales planning and forecasting. Manage weekly pricing updates and cost verifications. Assist with customer and school bids, contracts, and pricing programs. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and customers. Maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards. Oversee monthly and quarterly customer rebate processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and ability to multitask. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and G Suite (or similar). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to the refrigerated warehouse and surrounding areas. The position requires adaptability to fast-paced situations and short deadlines.
