D1 Spring Hill is in need of a high energy, enthusiastic, driven and proactive marketing / sales person to join our team.

Who We Are.

D1 Training is the Place for the Athlete. An athletic-based training facility, focused on building a community of Athletes who can train and reach their goals together. With the backing of professional athletes such as Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten, Chris Paul and Chipper Jones, our primary goal is to provide a training experience like that of a Division 1 athletic performance program. D1 has coached 1000's of athletes and teams to reach their goals at all levels with over 75 sites nationwide.

D1 Training delivers experiences including Group Training, Private Training (D1on1), Small Group Training (D1 Overtime), Team Training, and Virtual Training (D1toU).

We are a growing organization so team members who show the necessary initiative and willingness to learn will have the opportunity to earn additional opportunities to grow within the organization.

This opening is part time, approx. 20-35 hours per week. Shifts are mainly in the afternoons / evenings on weekdays, 11 - 7pm, as well as weekends, in the morning. Some weekday mornings are required depending on client requested consult times.

Pay will depend on experience. Commission / Bonus opportunities available.

Marketing Responsibilities

Campaign execution:

Work with marketing agency to assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Content creation:

Capture photos and videos to be used in paid ad and organic content, develop compelling marketing copy to go with content

Market and competitive research:

Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Social media management:

Manage organic social media strategy, create and schedule content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and engage with followers.

Coordination and administration:

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing efforts, and develop / manage marketing materials in Canva

Grassroots marketing:

Develop relationships with local businesses and community outreach strategy to grow D1 Spring Hill
Sales Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, texts and emails, handle customer service inquires; monitor CRM system with an emphasis on speed to lead. Making outbound calls daily to leads. Making sure all client notes and tasks are logged, managed, and followed up on. Establish organic lead strategy - meet with schools, coaches, travel programs, apartment complexes, etc. Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals. Meet with and close prospects.
Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong understanding of technical products or services. Demonstrated success in management or leadership roles within a sales environment. Strong background in marketing strategies combined with business development expertise. Proficiency with CRM platforms for account management and analysis skills. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. Experience in customer service-oriented roles that require relationship building and account management. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market data for strategic decision-making. Must be able to tune out whatever is happening outside of work so that your energy at work
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
