Our company is searching for a highly motivated and talented individual to lead efforts in sales and fulfillment of tactical protective equipment products for law enforcement and military to domestic and international clientele. The successful candidate will report to the office/compliance manager executing the following main tasks:
Provide Customer Relations and Technical Support through telephone, email and social media platforms
Sell the Company's product/Generate Sales Leads
Organize orders and dispatch to production
Ensure orders are packaged and shipped on time
Maintain order and fulfillment records
Generate and present sales reports
Oversee inventory and report to management

Desired Qualifications
Experience in Sales and Fulfillment (Emphasis in Tactical Equipment)
Bachelor's Degree Desired (Not Required)
Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for customers
Computer literacy and skills in the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, QuickBooks, Shopify, Gorgias. Along with Experience with project management software
Strong working knowledge of Social Media
Understanding of Gorgias or Zendesk CRM
Manufacturing operations, packaging and shipping logistics and associated software
A high level of interest in munitions and small arms (former law enforcement or military is a VERY strong positive)
MUST BE ORGANIZED AND COMMUNICATIVE
The candidate should have a passion for law enforcement and military tactical equipment and contribute to a growing small business. The candidate must be eager to please and confident working in a small business environment, multi-tasking and be flexible with scheduling and integrating their work as part of their lifestyle. The candidate mustbe a multifaceted self-starter, extremely organized and able to assimilate information and guidance provided to implement a successful salesand distributioninitiative while contributing to daily operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Utilize and spearhead usage of point-of-purchase materials, merchandising, sales collateral
2. Directly respond and interact with consumers on Instagram and Facebook
3. Create and deliver quotations directly to customers
4. Work with the internal and external marketing teams to position our products
5. Manage distributor relationships, adding distributors as needed
6. Manage vendor relationships
7. Be the internal point of contact for all sales
8. Build strong, professional relationships with executives and consistently communicate with them regarding strategic objectives
9. Demonstrate company products, functions, features, and benefits to customers
10. Experience dealing with customers, partner agencies, and vendors.
11. Manage sales orders and create quotations
12. Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote the product
