We are new brokerage in Centennial Hills Las Vegas and being a brokerage we can quote with tons of carriers at the same time!
Carriers: Some but not all our partners include Allstate, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Safeco, Progressive, Travelers, Mercury, many more!
SALARY PAY: We know the job market is competitive that\'s why WE PAY BIG! our base pay is $3000 a month with a tiered commission plan. Example you sell 20k in premium (about 8 households) you get 8% of the 20k plus which is $1600 plus $3000 base and you also get a bonus of $100 every commission bracket you go up. So this producer in a EASY month would have made $5000 this month only selling 8 households.
Requirements:
- Licensed in P&C (if you\'re not licensed I will help you get licensed)
- Actively market yourself and generate quotes
- Answer phones and insurance related questions
- Provide professional and accurate insurance advice
- Attend trainings and marketing meetings
- Have fun and make money

We strive to be professional insurance advisors who educate their customers and lead them to purchase the right coverages for an amazing price.
