POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for coordinating general business activities, creating reports, records control, and other administrative activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Reprint packers, Invoices, and Commercial Invoices with or without corrections
Manage customer code changes on open orders
Manage the validation process for overages and shortages
Process RMAs
Manage the process when issued claims for lost or damaged outbound shipments
Expedite open packers
Requests De-release and add to CS31 for orders already on the floor
Manage De-Confirm process
Manage the ship via manual changes
Act as backup to Sales for assisting AWL teams
Review and release approved credit limit overages report
Assist in answering questions for orders which are not released to ship
Enter orders when needed
Move orders from one location to another when entered incorrectly
Generate daily reports and communicate to needed departments/divisions
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
High school diploma/equivalent or higher
One or more years' experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 management systems
Advanced written and verbal communication
Good organizational and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, especially Excel
Ability to work in a diverse environment, have a calm demeanor and communicate effectively with all customers, vendors, employees and management
Willingness to continue training and development to self-enhance personal performance
