The Sales Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, building genuine relationships, guiding them through the sales process, and providing personalized solutions with a focus on outstanding service. Responsibilities of the Sales Account Representative:



Proactively engage with customers directly to educate them on products and services, tailoring each sales interaction to their needs and ensuring a positive experience. Represent the company at customer meetings, community events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute sales initiatives that drive measurable results. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sales and outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions. Assist with onboarding and mentoring new Sales Account Representatives, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Participate in training workshops, team strategy sessions, and role-playing exercises to continuously develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

Qualifications for the Sales Account Representative:



High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles preferred but not required. Leadership, supervisory, or team management experience is an advantage. Prior experience as a Sales Account Representative is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain meaningful customer relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive mindset and the ability to achieve results independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strategic thinking. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
