We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team focused on the Hospitality and Foodservice markets. This role is all about consultative selling--building relationships over the phone and through digital channels, not high-pressure tactics. Our brand and products already have strong recognition; your mission is to connect with clients, understand their operations, and recommend the best solutions for their space. To succeed, you'll need to be
proactive, consultative, self-managed, and relentless about helping clients choose the best solutions.
What You'll Do
Be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Drive sales activity primarily
via phone calls, email, and virtual presentations
(both inbound and outbound).
Manage the customer journey from first contact through closing.
Collaborate with the
internal customer support team
to ensure smooth post-sales follow-up and ongoing client satisfaction.
Partner with foodservice and hospitality dealers/distributors to support their projects and expand regional opportunities.
Maintain and grow an active database of current and prospective customers, ensuring consistent and timely outreach.
Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, recommending complementary products and guiding clients to the best solutions for their environments.
Own your pipeline, forecasting, and performance against sales goals.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary
around ~$60k
(based on experience).
Commission structure with
additional earnings of ~$20K
when target goals are met (
uncapped potential
if you exceed target goals).

What We're Looking For
2+ years of proven
inside sales
or
account management
experience.
Strong ability to deliver
client-focused, consultative solutions
.
Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working with or selling through
dealers/distributors
a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
