: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation

: Base salary + performance-based MBO (between 10-15% of salary annually)

Commitment

: Minimum 2-year development track toward Sales Account Executive

About the Role


The Sales Associate will support Cenmed's commercial operations through proactive outreach, lead management, and relationship building with healthcare, research, and laboratory clients. You'll work closely with senior Account Executives to learn product lines, refine your sales skills, and develop into a trusted client advisor.


This is a performance-driven role suited for someone who already has sales experience, thrives on hitting goals, and is ready to grow into a larger, client-facing territory position.

What You'll Do:




Engage prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings


Support Account Executives in managing key accounts and developing new opportunities


Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline


Learn Cenmed's full catalog of laboratory, healthcare, and scientific products


Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and bids


Track all activities, opportunities, and client communication in Microsoft Dynamics CRM


Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experience


Meet defined MBO metrics and performance targets quarterly

What You'll Bring



1-3 years of proven sales experience (B2B, inside, or outside sales) Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or industrial products is a plus Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting quotas Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Dynamics CRM a plus) Excellent organization and attention to detail
