We're currently seeking a

Sales Account Executive

to join our team, focused on the

Lumber Yard segment

. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping bring beautiful wood products to market through our extensive industry knowledge and high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:



Develop and grow sales within a defined territory, specifically targeting the Lumber Yard segment Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing accounts Meet with customers regularly to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits Maintain a detailed and up-to-date contact list and CRM records Stay informed on Elipticon's product offerings, capabilities, and custom solutions Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Estimating) to ensure customer expectations are met Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing Attend trade shows and industry events as needed Lead or participate in product knowledge meetings with customers Maintain a safe driving record for travel and client visits

What You Bring:



1-2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus) Strong communication skills--both written and verbal Ability to build trust and credibility with a wide range of clients Basic understanding of wood products or manufacturing processes a plus (we'll train the right candidate!) Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks at once Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits:



Base Salary + Commission:

Total target compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and performance.

Work Environment:



While primarily an office and field-based position, you may occasionally visit our production facility or customer sites. Physical demands include periods of sitting, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50-100 lbs when handling samples or display materials. Safety protocols are always in place.
