Sales Account Executive

, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and driving growth with our cutting-edge security solutions.

This role primarily involves conducting in person client meetings, with a hybrid work model that includes the flexibility of remote work and requires an in-office presence once a week.

The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships and comfortable navigating both virtual and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Development:

Identify and target potential clients in the Electronic Security industry to generate new business opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our security equipment, software solutions, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Client Meetings:

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to present product offerings, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with company goals.

Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.

Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify sales opportunities and threats.

Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates to management regarding sales performance and pipeline status.

Trade Shows and Events:

Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, showcasing products and engaging with potential customers.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of exceeding targets. Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical sales required Experience in the Electronic Security Industry preferred Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills--you know how to listen, connect, and influence. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales processes. Experience in Google Office Suite Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Competitive salary with performance-based commissions - Average $70-80k+commission with total overall earnings $100-200k

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
