Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

solutions using

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

.
Configure and customize SailPoint components including

workflows, rules, forms, and connectors

.
Perform

provisioning, role management, certifications

, and lifecycle management activities.
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various

enterprise applications

(LDAP, AD, HR systems, cloud apps).
Conduct

requirement gathering, gap analysis

, and create technical design documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in

identity governance processes

.
Support

upgrade, migration, and enhancement activities

for SailPoint IIQ.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in

IAM

, with strong expertise in

SailPoint IdentityIQ

.
Hands-on experience with

Java, Beanshell, PowerShell

, and scripting for customizations.
Knowledge of

REST/SOAP APIs

, SailPoint

connectors

, and integration frameworks.
Understanding of

RBAC/ABAC models

, identity lifecycle, and certification campaigns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
