The Safety Analysis position is responsible for administering Safety-related administrative work and analyzing various Safety data, programs, and initiatives. Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entering and tracking Hours of Service violations into TMW (transportation management software).
- Classifying ELD (electronic log) footage.
- Administering the quarterly Safety Bonus program.
- Auditing tractor/trailer pool as it pertains to compliance.
- Collect and analyze safety-related data and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Update driver profiles.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Safety Director.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in transportation is not a requirement, but a plus.
- The ability to work within and meet deadlines is a must.
- Strong proven ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records is required.
