Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked Handle stock replenishment and inventory management tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers Assist with phone etiquette to answer inquiries professionally Supervise or assist in supervising sales floor activities as needed

Experience

Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer interaction Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
