We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific expertise in RV systems. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all repairs and services are performed to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on recreational vehicles, including plumbing, electrical systems, and air brake systems. Diagnose issues with automotive electrical systems and provide effective solutions. Utilize power tools and equipment to carry out repairs efficiently and safely. Align and maintain various components of RVs to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair status. Conduct tire service, including installation, rotation, and balancing as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role in automotive repair. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and equipment repair techniques. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Ability to plumb various systems within RVs effectively. Proficient in using power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
