We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Russian-speaking nurse to join our team in an office-based role focused on supporting home health services. This position provides an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical nursing expertise while contributing to the coordination and oversight of patient care.
Your fluency in Russian will allow you to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population, ensuring culturally sensitive, patient-centered support. This role blends clinical knowledge with administrative responsibilities to help deliver seamless, high-quality home health care.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with Russian-speaking patients to assess their needs and provide clear, culturally appropriate guidance on health management plans.
Assist with care coordination by liaising with healthcare providers, staff, and patients' families to ensure smooth delivery of home health services.
Review, update, and maintain medical records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
Document patient interactions, symptoms, treatments, and progress using accurate medical terminology.
Use strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to interpret patient symptoms and support clinical decision-making.
Ensure strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements under HIPAA during all communication and documentation.
Provide remote patient support, including education on medications, home care routines, symptom management, and lifestyle modifications.
Support office and clinical teams with follow-ups, scheduling needs, and general care coordination tasks to maintain efficient workflow.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in patient care within a home health or clinical setting.
Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and nursing practices to accurately interpret medical conditions.
Proficiency in medical terminology and strong skills in medical documentation.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patients and team members.
Ability to manage detailed documentation efficiently and maintain accurate medical records.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital documentation tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
