SUMMARY
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Runner. The Runner will assist cashiers with filling orders for customers, cooking and preparing food in the concession stand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the cashiers with filling orders for customers. Assist the stand manager in preparing product for sale in the concession stand (pretzels, hotdogs, etc.). Stocking beverages, candy, chips etc.. Cleaning and maintaining counters and equipment. Assist with controlling waste. Assist with keeping an accurate inventory count. Must obtain ServSafe training within 90 days of employment. Follow all policies and procedures of Legends Global. Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIESMust be willing to work as a team. Have working knowledge of the food industry. Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work closely with others. Great customer service skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods at a time. Required to stoop and stand for long periods at a time. Ability to perform tasks repetitively.

WORKING ENVIORMENT/CONDITIONSLoud, concert-like settings. Occasionally outdoor events. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSHours must be flexible (days, nights, weekends, and holidays). Can work long hours when required.
