Emseal is looking to hire a

Rubber Welder

to join our team in Westborough, MA. This position will be responsible for working with hot plates to melt and subsequently weld rubber sections together to form an infinite variety of transitions. Work hours are typically 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

High school diploma. Good steady hand coordination and dexterity. Ability to read a ruler down to 16th inch increments. Demonstrated understanding of angles, how to subtract and add angles. Numbers aptitude and the ability to add and subtract whole numbers and fractions. Must have ability to operate a fork truck or be capable of being trained to operate a fork truck. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds occasionally. Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Must speak and understand the English language. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Safety-conscious; follow all safety policies and procedures.
