Short Description

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define automation requirements, and prioritize automation initiatives. You will design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members, and you will continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to make improvements as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define automation requirements, and prioritize automation initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions; specifically, the creation of bots, workflows and scripts that automate repetitive tasks and improve organizational processes.
• Leverage cognitive automation and natural language processing to process structured and/or unstructured data, such as emails or documents.
• Integrate Automation Anywhere with third-party applications utilizing existing APIs or custom connectors.
• Implement dynamic dashboards and reports which enable proactive monitoring of bot performance and data integrity.
• Ensure that automation solutions have adequate security measures embedded to protect sensitive data and ensure that potential vulnerabilities and risks are appropriately addressed.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to automation solutions.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions and make improvements as necessary.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members:
• Support Citizen Developer community through training, collaboration, and validation of automation projects; to ensure adherence to best practices and internal governance.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in Automation Anywhere to leverage new functionality and improve existing automation solutions.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications from Automation Anywhere or other leading RPA vendors.
• Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, PowerShell, or .NET.
• Experience in process mapping and optimization.

Requirements

Experience and Background

• Three plus years of experience in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere, including proficiency in building bots, workflows, and scripts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
