Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a company-owned vehicle to deliver products to customers and promoting our products to increase sales.

Duties:

- Safely operate a company-owned vehicle to transport products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships and meet customer needs.
- Promote products to customers and negotiate prices to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using a mobile tablet.
- Perform heavy lifting and carrying of products to and from vehicles and customer locations.
- Utilize math skills to calculate delivery routes and ensure that all products are properly loaded and unloaded.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Collaborate with coworkers to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license .
- Ability to lift and carry potato chips.
- Run delivery routes daily AM.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to drive a vehicle for extended periods, with a clean driving record.
- Organizational skills to ensure that all products are properly loaded and unloaded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $52,991.00 per year

Experience:
