Job Description

Idaho Bread is looking for a Route Sales Delivery Driver. You will be selling, delivering and stocking Bimbo, Marinela snack cakes and Barcel Takis and Chips into stores in the Alpine, Afton, Thayne and Jackson Wyoming areas. Routes are 4 day positions with weekends and holidays off. Routes typically begin between their days between 4:00 and 5:00am and are done when their route for that day has been completed.

We are looking for someone that is eager to grow with us. We are a growing at a fast pace and looking for someone to help take us to the next level.

There is a weekly base pay along with a commission paid monthly. We offer vacation paid time off and quarterly bonuses. Summary



As a Route Sales Representative, you will be essential in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service while managing your designated route. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will utilize your core skills in driving, communication, and merchandising to build strong relationships with clients. Your premium skills in pricing and upselling will enhance sales opportunities, while your relevant skills in heavy lifting and organization will ensure efficient product delivery. Responsibilities



Drive designated routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including upselling products. Manage inventory and merchandising at customer locations to ensure product availability. Maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and management to optimize route efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven driving skills with a valid driver's license Strong customer service and communication abilities Experience in sales and merchandising Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain organization Familiarity with pricing strategies and upselling techniques Basic math skills for handling transactions Experience in commercial driving is a plus Military background is advantageous

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
