Duties

Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload goods efficiently Deliver products directly to customers' locations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and proper handling of items Provide friendly, professional customer service by addressing questions, confirming deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports throughout each shift Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure safety and compliance with company standards Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing stock when not on route

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Proven delivery driver experience or route driving background in a courier or logistics setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift heavy loads safely, including moving boxes or pallets during loading/unloading processes Comfortable performing manual labor tasks like heavy lifting and moving items over short distances Knowledge of local roads, navigation tools, and route planning for efficient deliveries
