Innovative Concessions Enterprises, LLC, a major distributor of Dippin\' Dots Ice Cream and other specialty food and beverage products and services has an immediate opening for a full-time Route Delivery Driver (non CDL) at its Olathe, KS location. This is a first shift position. Days of operation are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday/Holiday required. The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for driving a van/truck to deliver products to customers safely, timely and professionally. Driver is also responsible for merchandising product neatly in coolers and freezers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load van/truck with product and equipment.
- Drive van/truck and deliver product to customers.
- Stock coolers and freezers in an orderly manner. Follow product planogram as needed.
- Interact professionally with customers.
- Adhere to all professional appearance requirements (uniform, footwear, etc.).
- Monitor foreign product, the general appearance, and the cleanliness of cooler and freezer equipment.
- Check vehicle for safety/maintenance issues prior to leaving the warehouse and throughout the day.
- Unload any returns and document proper information on each return.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Driving experience required.
- Merchandising experience preferred.
- Ability to drive an enclosed van or 16-foot box truck.
- Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to professionally communicate with customers.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach above head.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 pounds.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and/or hand truck.
- Paid time off
- Monday to Friday
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driving: 1 year (Required)
- Driver\'s License (Required)
