Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to upsell products during deliveries. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our operations. You will train in Iowa and In Omaha Ne. Omaha will be every other week until training is complete. Company will pay all travel expenses for training in Omaha.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle along designated routes to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers to provide information about products and services. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities and prices. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increased sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure that all delivery schedules are adhered to and that any delays are communicated promptly. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in route driving or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing accurately. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in sales or upselling is a plus but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
