Job Summary

Farmhouse Group looking to meet Chef candidates to join our team. Rounds Chefs would be trained to work at all FHG restaurants; Farmhouse Tap & Grill (Burlington & Williston), Pascolo Ristorante, El Cortijo, and Guild Tavern. The Rounds Chef leads the daily and nightly charge by providing great guest service, cooking awesome food, and offering direct employee coaching. Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations. Plan and develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Control inventory by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety, and hospitality practices. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into the kitchen.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Expertise in menu planning, food management, and culinary techniques. Knowledge of inventory control processes and cost management strategies. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
