Assist the guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, massage and any other request from the guest to help make their stay the best. Responds and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently and informs guests of hotel services, features and room amenities. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure.
