Overview:
Part time shifts available. Provide exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests. This includes, presentation, table setup, and timely delivery/follow-up.
Responsibilities:
Taking guest room service orders over the phone.
Set-up and delivery of room service orders to guests.
Bussing trays from guest rooms/hallways.
General area stocking and clean up.
Break-down and set up for next shift.
Maintain Kahler Grand standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service.
Other job related duties as assigned including cross training.
Qualifications:

Must have strong customer service skills.
