Avera is seeking a Room Service Representative!!
Position Highlights:

The Room Service Representative provides excellent customer service via phone and software systems in a call center and serves as a liaison to other departments regarding patient meal services. This position assists the department in the clerical aspects of patient meal service through monitoring diet orders, accurate menu processing, and assisting patients with menu selections. The Room Service Representative may be required to help prepare simple food items.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in food service or in a related customer service field preferred.
- Related experience or education demonstrating knowledge of normal, therapeutic and modified diets.
- Varied Shifts
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
