WHAT YOU'LL

DO

Our In-Room Dining Food Runners are an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


Prepares and sets up in-room dining trays and tables with appropriate linens , condiments, and serviceware , ensures proper handling of hot and cold items, and is responsible for clearing, collecting, and breaking down trays and tables from guest rooms and throughout the property Coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure timely retrieval of tables and trays. Performing side work duties such as restocking, cleaning, and setup to prepare for each shift Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the current menu, beverage offerings, and daily specials Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence, including the Sequence of Service Exhibit strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine passion for guest service Maintain a high level of personal presentation and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills This role requires a strong work ethic, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. BRING

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card The ideal candidate will have solid food and wine knowledge, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts Weekend and Holiday availability required .
