Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed while ensuring that all items are stocked appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care practices, and janitorial procedures. Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
