Primary Duties:

- Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing/freshening guest bathrooms

- Replenish proper amenities such as towels, toiletries, and bed linens

- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

- Deliver excellent customer service and greet guests with a smile

- Follow established procedures for all duties, including handling lost and found items

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with housekeeping leadership to ensure efficient operations

- Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

- Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper is a plus but we are willing to train the right people

- Professionalism with speed and attention to detail

- Must be willing and able to work

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
