Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction is essential. The Room Attendant will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed while adhering to hotel policies. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any concerns to the appropriate department. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels for housekeeping needs. Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Uphold safety standards by using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
