Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory levels as necessary. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to go up and down stairs and lift up to 30 lbs.
