Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance throughout. Restock amenities like toiletries, soaps, shampoos and other amenities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment Follow all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel or janitorial experience is highly valued but not required. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and use of cleaning equipment Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality industry standards or housekeeping management is a plus Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
