Duties

Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless hallways, lobbies, and public spaces. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products to achieve optimal hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of all hotel areas by performing custodial tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and trash removal. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.

Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed floor care and industrial cleaning tasks effectively. Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality standards. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably.
