Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless floors throughout the property. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms with attention to detail and professionalism. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Support team efforts in achieving operational goals by assisting with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required.

Experience

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus. Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods. Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices that ensure health standards are met consistently. Background in hospitality or hotel environments that emphasizes customer service excellence. Experience managing or supervising housekeeping operations is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
