Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems for residential and commercial properties Perform site assessments to identify and diagnose roofing issues Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards Utilize personal safety equipment and company-provided tools Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Follow quality control guidelines to uphold Guaranteed Roof's reputation for excellence Participate in training for safety, technical skills, and industry-specific certifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in roofing installations or repairs is required Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights OSHA certifications are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training is beneficial Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility for project deadlines and weekends as needed.

Work Location:

Varied project sites in the region, based out of Alpharetta, GA - travel required.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
