Roofing Lead

to join our team and oversee a variety of roofing projects.

We are seeking a skilled

Roofing Lead

who can install, repair, and manage all types of roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain various roof types, including:

Shingle Roofing

(Asphalt, Architectural)

Flat Roofing

(TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen)

Metal Roofing

(Standing Seam, Corrugated)

Slate & Tile Roofing

Cedar Shake Roofing

Roof Coatings & Waterproofing

Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently. Utilize roofing software for project management, estimates, and reporting. Inspect job sites, take and describe photos for project documentation. Work directly with residential and commercial customers to assess needs and provide solutions. Lead and train a team of roofers on best practices and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years

of professional roofing experience. Ability to install and repair multiple roofing types. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and best practices. Experience using roofing software and technology for estimates and reports. Comfortable working face-to-face with customers, explaining work, and providing excellent service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift

50+ lbs

, climb ladders, and work at heights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
