Responsibilities:
Assessing and inspecting roofs for hail and storm damage
Safely carrying ladders, navigating various roof surfaces, and capturing detailed photos of roofing conditions using phone camera systems
Calculating the square footage of roof surfaces, gutters, and downspouts
Building rapport and trust with clients through strong interpersonal skills
Maintaining resilience in the face of setbacks while driving income opportunities for yourself and the company
Following up with clients and managing projects through to completion
Requirements:
A strong work ethic and motivation to create income opportunities
Comfort with physical tasks such as carrying ladders and climbing on roofs
Attention to detail when measuring and documenting roofing conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to stay positive, driven, and resilient through challenges
A desire to help people and serve with integrity
