Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products or services.
Perform territory management by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and optimizing coverage for maximum efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations.
Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building.
Ability to perform market analysis and develop strategies for business development and account management.
