We are looking for motivated, professional sales representatives to help us get the word out!

What You'll Do

Identify homes with storm or age-related roof damage through door-to-door outreach and lead generation Conduct roof inspections and document potential issues Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and explain the repair or replacement process Assist with filing insurance claims when applicable Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle Use our CRM system (JobNimbus) to manage leads, notes, contracts, and scheduling Collaborate with the production and project management team to ensure a smooth install

Who We're Looking For

Hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable working outdoors and talking to homeowners Prior roofing or sales experience is a plus, but

not required
