About Us

Richardson Exterior Designs (REDS) is a

veteran led, minority owned roofing and interior/exterior renovation company

serving the DFW, Austin & Tyler areas. We specialize in residential roofing, insurance-claim assistance, windows, doors, and full interior/exterior renovations. We are rapidly expanding and looking for motivated sales reps who want to grow into leadership roles quickly.

What We Offer

50% Commission

per closed deal (one of the highest in the industry)

Role Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods after storms or in targeted areas Perform basic roof inspections (we train you thoroughly) Educate homeowners on damage, insurance process, and RED's services Build trust, follow up consistently, and close deals Upload photos, notes, and documents into our CRM Work closely with project managers and office staff Represent REDS with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to communicate well Reliable transportation

No roofing experience needed, we provide extensive training

Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus Comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners A willingness to learn the insurance claims process Ability to work afternoons/evenings when homeowners are home

Compensation

100% Commission-Based: 50% of net profit per job

Average reps earn

$1,500-$4,000 per sale

High performers close

4-10 roofs per month

Growth into team lead/manager with override commissions

Work Setting
